January Challenge of the Month

I have made a few resolutions this year- Typically in years past I've made a lot of them and never succeeded, because I could never remember them- and because there was so many over them I got overwhelmed.

My Goals for 2013:

-To become a runner(and all that encompasses that:: healthy eating, proper sleep, stretching,etc) So I'm going to accomplish this by completing a running programs, doing yoga, swimming and eating properly.

-To give more service(I've got a few ideas on how to do this one, and I'll blog follow up posts on these as I complete them)

-To bring my body, mind and spirit back into alignment by:: going to the Temple often, to focus my scripture study on reading the book of Mormon and D&C, and completing the above mentioned goals.


January Challenge of the Month::

- To be able to double the time I can plank over the course of the month.

Jan 1/12--> I held a solid plank for 1:30
Jan 31/12--> my goal is to hold a plank for 3:00

I will be planking every at the gym and trying to increase my time to be able to hold the plank for a full 3 minutes.

I will have a challenge for every month of the year.
